Material Feeding
A successful metering process – whether for bonding, sealing or greasing – begins with the material supply. The material can only be metered, mixed and applied precisely if this is done safely, continuously and free of bubbles.
Depending on the material properties, original container and application requirements, DOPAG offers a broad portfolio of different solutions for a reliable material feeding.
Pressure vessels can be used for low-viscosity,flowable or oil-like materials. Various container sizes, types and accessories are available to adapt them to the requirements of the application. Transfer pumps are also available for low to medium viscosity materials. These can be installed directly in the container or alternatively come as a complete solution with a lifter system and drip tray.
For the processing of medium to high viscosity lubricants, adhesives and sealants, DOPAG has developed a modular series of drum and container pumps that are characterized by maximum reliability. The powerful, double-acting piston pumps convey the material directly, efficiently and without air pockets from the original container. The series is characterized by a high degree of user-friendliness and maximum flexibility in configuration, so that the pump can be perfectly tailored to your system. In combination with our material pressure regulator this creates a reliable and safe supply for your dosing application at the required pressure level.
