The DOPAG vectodis is a volumetric piston metering system for processing single-component media. The piston based valve system was specially developed for dispensing dots or beads with short cycle times and a high metering accuracy at high pressures. To cover a wide range of metering volumes and flow rates four different piston sizes are available. For each size different sealing and material versions for chemically aggressive and abrasive materials can be combined to achieve a reliable and reproducible application over the long term. Due to the servo drive and the modern software the piston dispenser is easy to integrate in automated applications.
